My rate also accounts for the cost of physical labor as well as restocking and maintaining my own cleaning supplies. What kind of topless cleaning do you do?

Mainly, this is up to you but clients usually request dish-washing, bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, tub, floor) sweeping, light mopping, and/or laundry. Please note that it will be difficult for me to complete all tasks if, for instance, the kitchen sink is piled with 7-day old dishes caked with dried food matter or the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. The more layers of mess for me to get through, the less time I’ll have for completing other tasks on your list.

NOTE: I grew up in an old inner city home built in the late 1800’s without modern conveniences. Please be prepared to give to me a primer on operating your dishwasher if necessary.

Do you mind if I “service” myself while I watch you clean?

Do you take last-minute appointments?

It depends on where your apartment/home is located and how ready I am. I can sometimes swing last minute appointments but one day’s notice is preferred.
